Handmade Christmas gifts...

This week, for the build up of Christmas and now that my dissertation is finished and handed in and I'm on my Christmas holidays, I hope to share with you a daily handmade gift/project that I have made for my nearest and dearest.

The first for today are some beautiful Bevelled Windowpane Necklace. I have made 3 of these, but I will only show you a sneak peak of one as it shows off some new items we'll be getting very soon! ;)

I used the lush Mocha Morning Designer Series Paper, with the Broadsheet alphabet and the crown from the Tiny Tags set. I also used the Seam Binding in both Crumb Cake and Baja Breeze.

I used the same materials as above but with the Real Rose Ink and seam Binding. I wrapped these in some tissue paper and put them in a pillow box.

I have given these out to some work colleagues so it is safe to put them on my blog. I hope you like these and if you would like to make some of these, the Bevelled Windowpanes come in 3 different sizes and you get 4 of each in bag for just £9.75. So contact me if you would like to make some, there is Mother's Day round the corner ;-)

Thanks for visiting,
Here again tomorrow

Workshops, Christmas Fair (& Door Prize Winner) and Class!

Wow, what a busy few weeks. First of all thank you those who kept visiting this blog for an update and to those who joined me on my first workshop at Hylands House and those who visited my stall at the Hylands Christmas Fair (and my regular class goers!).

So I have quite a few things to share with you, mainly photos from these events...and later on in the week some new projects with kits you can buy...so watch this space!

The Christmas Craft Fair at Hylands was an early start but I thoroughly enjoyed...it was so busy and there was a fabulous atmosphere. Here are a few photos of my stall...I had a friend helping...a fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator: Monica, please do check out her blog here, she is truly inspirational! It was very last minute that she joined me, but I am truly grateful to her, so thank you Monica.

Some close of the items we were selling.

I will be sharing  'close ups' of most of the projects I had on my stall in the next few days.

The door prize winner (those that filled in a little form) is Sarah Goodwin, Well Done Sarah, the stamp set is in the post for you!

Got to show this... dedication or what!? Towards the end of the day, two gentleman came to the stall and picked out 2 card fronts (that we had on show but not selling), they loved these cards, so immediately Monica set to work on her knees on the floor to turn the front into a card! She did and had 2 happy gentleman, with a lovely Christmas card for their wives!

I am going to leave you with a few pictures from class and tomorrow I will be uploading some more as there are some projects missing in these photos...
Until then , thank you for visiting,
